BIRD CONNECTIONS ~ GREAT LINKS & RESOURCES
If you are still searching for a special bird or two, look for a breeder to purchase your bird from who is willing to answer the questions you’ll have along the way and serve as a mentor to you especially if you are interested in getting into breeding and showing birds. Having someone to obtain sound advice from will help you enjoy your pet more or make your hobby even more enjoyable.
There are many wonderful resources about canary keeping on the web. My friends, mentors and clubs have created websites that offer an abundance of information. Some delve into the detailed history of the domestic canary and others focus on the details of the songs or health and breeding issues. Many also offer outstanding birds in other parts of the country. There seems to be no need to duplicate their efforts at this time, so I will offer some links to their pages instead.
